Hi I filed my I-140, I-485, I-131 and I-765 on August 14, 2026 (package delivered to USCIS).

1. When should I receive my receipt notice for each form?

2. Would the “Delivered“ date above be my receipt date?

3. What’s the average processing time for each form?

Summary about my case:

- ROW, 75 countries
- F1 to F1 OPT to H1B to PERM EB2
- I have a spouse filing with me.

Hi all,

I’m at the end of my Perm awaiting for its approval (PD is June 13, 2025), Permupdate is telling I’ll be approved in 3 weeks, is it accurate?

Also, how long is it usually taking nowadays for I-485 to get approved? I’m ROW and it’s current right now.

I’m on the F1 - OPT - H-1B path.
