Seeking experiences/advice regarding landlord
Hello everyone. I am reaching out to see if anyone here has experience renting from a landlord named Emily Zubaid.
My family and I have been dealing with highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from her. The situation escalated today when she showed up unannounced at my husband’s workplace. While there, she made false and defamatory statements about us, including unfounded claims that our home is hoarded. She also has an ongoing pattern of sending belittling and inappropriate text messages.
For context, we take pride in our home, it is clean, organized, and well-maintained, making her harassment completely unwarranted.
Has anyone else dealt with her or experienced something similar? Any advice on how to navigate this situation would be greatly appreciated
