No more Tiers... now it's Hi, Med, Lo, No??
What in the world is this?? Now it is one less option. Before the tier rating went from 1-5. Now there are only levels. HOW IN THE WORLD TO YOU GET A HI ( aka Tier 1 )?!! I am doing everything I can and they tell me it is not enough.
I volunteer to travel for clients when no one wants to do it, I have hosted multiple successful events in-person, I have presented huge presentations to clients and done so well. I have received many "Amazing job..." emails from leaders! And yet, the answer I get is: "You need to create an AI project that overhauls an entire process to get tier 1." Which is NOT true! I know people that have NEVER generated or created an AI solution/process that continues to get Tier 1.
What am I missing? Is it really just favoritism?
