DMV realtors: what are your thoughts on solar leases

I have been looking into solar because the energy bills from BGE are getting insane and are supposed to be getting even worse. I talked to a company recently that said that leasing is and option and the contract is fully transferable when we sell the house (we are in a starter house right now so we will be moving in the next 5-10 years). I worry what happens when we sell the house. Had anyone had any experience selling a house that has a solar lease?

First time robovac buyer

This is our first time dipping a toe into the robot vacuum space, I have been doing some research online but it seems like there is just an endless amount of brands and models out there. My wife and I have two golden retrievers in a house with mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs so we are mainly looking to get something to manage fur, dust, and mop the floors because they always track dirt and mud in from outside. We would like to get something with one of the auto emptying towers. I would also like to keep the budget under $700. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a 2021 kia seltos that was part of the group that had the piston ring recall. I took it to the dealer so they could do their testing but it turns out they only look for vibrations. I had the actual cylinder walls scoped and this is what was found. It looks like there are vertical grooves in the walls. Is that normal wear? Kia wants me to take it back to the dealer to get them to confirm it but they are saying that I have to pay $500 out of pocket to do the diagnostic.

I also don't know if they will even cover it because I do all of my own maintenance. I keep a log of what I do but the dealer is saying that they will need receipts for the oil and filters but i don't have any receipts from that far back. Any advice?
