Is it ethical to let people use AI to fulfill urges and desires that would be illegal if done by actual people?

Is it ethical / should we allow people to use AI to create images and videos that would be illegal if created using real humans? I'm sure you guys know what kind of content I am referring to. At first glance it may seem like an obvious no, as no one should be allowed to create illegal content, but if people are able to create fake videos and images, it might decrease the demand for real videos, which would definitely be beneficial.

With the ever growing scare of the AI bubble, what stocks are you guys buying?

I have heard talk of the AI bubble, and how it could pop, and crash the market, are you investing in any stocks you think might increase in value if the bubble were to pop? Also as a side question, is this even something you could plan for?

I am basically wondering if stocks are any different then a collectors item, something that only has value because other people want it. I understand some companies pay dividends which could be the answer, but not all companies do.
