I want to start working on these plywood cut outs for Halloween. My “front yard” is a narrow and steep angle. It’s technically an HOA area. How can I stabilise these so they don’t fly out of the ground and into a car. It’s gets pretty windy where I live around October.
Ideally I don’t want to attach anything to the house either.
I’m looking at a new construction for a rental. 3br. 3ba. Realistic rent I can get in my area (SoCal) is $3200 for this unit. Monthly mortgage costs are $3800. Id be out of pocket $600 per month assuming there are not repairs after putting 25% down. I’m not looking to cash flow and the potential renter is my cousin who has a relatively high income (I don’t see an issue with them paying rent).
This is the first property I’m buying.
Am I potentially making a mistake?
Is this little guy okay? He didn’t have that stripe before. I’ve read conflicting information on the stripe. Only had him for a month
Tank is looking lush at day 90. When do you start trimming the plants? I’m new to the hobby, but it is a lot of fun!
