[Opinion] we shouldwrite Rep. Massie to thank him for his bravery in these trying times.

In these days of insanity anyone willing to risk their position, their voice - and let's be honest, their *life* is a brave soul. With all of the sheep in the republican party being fearful of retribution, Rep. Massie stood up as an advocate for victims of the largest known sex trafficking and sexual abuse ring despite threats to his safety and his position, as evidenced by the massive push to unseat him we saw from this admin and the bullshit AIPAC lobby.

We may not agree with all his politics, positions or anything else in his life, but i feel he deserves a thank you for his integrity and his character he showed in standing up to the rape of democracy.

I'm going to write him a letter of thanks, and I feel like you should, too. This is his Kentucky office address, please join me if you can.

Hey all, wish I could share a Pic but im at work and unable to screenshot/take physical photo.

I've been logging onto the website a lot recently to message doctors, check claim status, etc, but today after failing to send a message I was logged out. When I logged back in and was prompted to/entered my MFA code, it brought me to a page asking for my "permission to share my data" including race, gender, sex, religion, branch of service, like 20 or so items.

This being new, and not saying with whom this data is being shared, I clicked deny and was immediately redirected to the main page with a screen that said I chose to deny sharing my information *with va.gov* and would be unable to assess the site.

Re-navigated to page in a new tab and logged in without any of this prompting.

With all the shit going on with this admin, the general fuckery with the VA in general on top of with this new leadership, and what's happening with Trans service members and vets, I'm not sharing *anything* outside of the necessary.

Just curious if anyone else has had this experience, but also wanted to maybe raise the alarm. I wouldn't share anything new with anyone without very clear descriptors of who Is getting this data or what its being used for. The VA already has all this info - especially for service members and vets already receiving services. I'd be on the lookout for anything out of the ordinary to protect yourself and your peers.

Stay frosty.
