Anybody in Tempe, AZ designing office spaces lately?

Have heard the AHJ is now requiring all common spaces such as lobbies and conference rooms to be considered assembly occupancy - disregarding IBC accessory occupancy language.

This has serious impact on toilet counts and stairs and door widths. Anybody have more local insights?

GTI debadging tips?

I want to remove the fender door letters and possibly the tailgate letters, too. Several in here have done it already so I’d love to hear how you did it.

..I think the answer is some heat and fishing line or dental floss. Is a hair dryer enough to warm it up? For the adhesive, does “goo gone” not damage the clear coat? Is there anything else to know?

Value of new mk8.5 GTI S wheels?

Got a new GTI yesterday. Fun car!

What are these wheels called and what’s a good asking price for a set with 98 miles + new Pirelli’s.. in perfect condition? They’re not my favorite style. I’d like to get new ones and put these on FBM.

2019 GTI Rabbit Edition

I have an option to buy one with sub 25,000 miles. Are these outliers on the used GTI cost curve due to their unique specs (and rarity)?

Rule of 65 for LTI stock

I’m 55 and have been in a new job for one year. Comp includes long term incentive (RSU that vest 3 years after award).

The vesting plan includes a “rule of 65” for retirement which says if I am 60 and have been employed by this company for 5 years, I can retire and all RSU awarded less than 3 years ago will be mine immediately upon retirement.

So my tentative plan if all goes well is to retire the day after I turn 60.. but I would love to retire sooner. I’m not sure if this is a company policy or a common legal(?) policy. I don’t want to leak the idea that I may retire sooner, so I’m reluctant to ask the general counsel whom administers the plan.

Has anybody crossed this bridge before me and figured out a way to vest shares before 60?
