Hi MNers, it's my second time MNing and I read doing it with Sterile Sodium Chloride is an option. I don't go any deeper than 0.5 as I'm a chicken however after this first time using Sodium Chloride (and second time MNing) I think my skin may hate me.. I also didn't realise you aren't meant to drink 48 hours prior (had some drinks last night). Did I make a mistake?
