Didnt get paid for my induction
Ok so little backstory i originally worked for tesco last year at an extra doing nights from the 28th of september to the 27th of december
and now after 4 months of gruelling job searching i got a place in an express (only for 3 months AGAIN which pisses me off), i started on the 28th of april, i already make little to no pay but now checking my payslip my induction hours just arent even there.
I only managed to get access to the app to add my bank details about a week into working at the express because the online inductions for express stores are ass, i did my induction on the 25th of april, so i dont know if thats a factor
i also just found out i never recieved a P45 from my previous tesco aswell
(Pov you get taxed £120 even though i make well below 1k a month 💀😭)
but anywho i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts
EDIT: now im really confused, Monzo allows me to see upcoming payments and its showing me my NET pay but its also showing a random payment of £40ish
