What happens when nobody knows how to fix an old fab tool?
For fab/equipment engineers: When a 15–20 year old Ebara/TEL/SCREEN/etc. tool goes down and your internal team can’t figure it out, who do you actually call?
OEM? Former employee? Contractor? Someone else?
And have you ever actually paid an independent engineer to solve something like this??
