Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid commercial models.
Ability to vet partners for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance against LTV or ROI metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have
Background in crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
Experience with fraud detection and traffic quality analysis.
Familiarity with AI-driven outreach tools for partner discovery and lead generation.
Knowledge of SEO, domain authority, and backlink quality assessment.
Experience scaling an affiliate programme from early stage to maturity.
