where do i go from here

my obgyn basically ghosted me and im back to eating matinence. i feel fine and am eating enough. no period still. should i get another obgyn?? i feel normal except the fact my period still never came back after underrating and over exercising. i lost it in february. obgyn ruled out hormonal issue and said it was from losing 30 pounds from underrating and over exercising. if i’m eating normal and feel fine now but still have no period what do i do?

advice?

I don’t know if i should seek out help for my eating habits and weight loss. i recently lost >!30 lbs!< going from >!147 lbs!< in january to >!117 lbs!< now. i am 5’9 and female. the weight loss was definitely intentional and during the beginning of the year i would restrict calories and run almost daily. lately ive been going to the gym and doing some cardio and lifting i go about 4 or 5 days a week. food definitely takes up around 75% of my thoughts and i think i have a skewed view of my weight i think i am much bigger until i see myself in photos or catch myself off guard in a mirror. i have specific meals i eat for each meal and if i eat something else i start to spiral. its not based so much on calories but control over what i eat. I don’t know whether i should seek help or not because i don’t want to make a big deal out of anything but im starting to think some of these thoughts and habits are harmful. should i seek help for this or is this normal
