Roofing/general contractor in the area

I have a rental in NE Canton, that has been maintained by the management company. They have not been the most responsive in the repairs, and right now there's a leaky roof. Looking for recommendations for a local company that would come out and patch the roof, and potentially give me a quote for a full roof replacement, as it's been a while. Potentially also would look at the ceiling where it leaked.

EDIT: Thanks everyone! I was able to call a couple of places and have people coming out to get a quote on the roof.

Hail damage from the storm last week

Our house near the airport got hit by last week's hailstorm. At first we didn't think there was any damage, but we've had several contractors going door-to-door offering free inspections after the storm.

One of the companies we talked to was Universal Builders out of Ohio. I assume they'd subcontract the actual work to a local crew. They showed us photos of what they said was extensive hail damage to our roof, spouts along with a lot of dents in the aluminum siding.

Has anyone dealt with this company or gone through a similar insurance claim after a hailstorm? Is it better to contact my insurance company first and let them send an adjuster, then find a reputable local contractor? Or is there any advantage to working with one of these storm-chasing companies?

Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

UPDATE: any recommendations for a trustworthy local contractor?
