Hi does anyone have any contact from Pokerev? First time happened to me and it has not yet delivered to me since 3rd May.

There was a few things I needed to check with them:

- there was a buyer who did not indicate that he has received the order for more than two weeks. Tried to contact them through kyocard email but there was no reply from them. In the end decided to just call the buyer and thankfully buyer responded and money was added into the wallet.

- I have sent 2 cards for consignment in their platform since 2nd May and yet there is no updates or anything. Used their "contact Kyo cards" function and sent but there is no updates from them.

- As I am a seller, there was a bargain deal that I accidentally put the price even lower .tried contacted them through email but to no avail. Thankfully buyer knew it was a mistake and re bargain the whole deal again.

- because of the above situations, I'm also not sure whether will i received the money that I have withdrew from the wallet of their platform.(since 15 May)

It seems like i have tried contacting them through email and their own system, there are zero response from them.

Any advice that I could contact them so that they will respond?

Hi all, would like to check is there any issues with these cards. I definitely did not sunfade them but their purple colour seems to be not in the correct hue. Any experts out there that can determine this error?
