Road Trip from Paris to South France Advice

Hello,

I am hoping to go to France in mid September with a friend and my partner. We want to arrive in Paris and then road trip ultimately ending up in Nice. We have all been to Paris before and don't feel the need to spend lots of time there but a day would be nice.

We have been using this blog as a jumping off point:

https://travelfrancebucketlist.com/scenic-drive-paris-to-nice-itinerary/#day3-paris-fontainebleau
However we want to try to see some of the Alps so we edited the itinerary slightly. This is what we have at the moment:

*Day 1 - Arrive in Paris

*Day 2- Paris

*Day 3 - Paris to Fontainebleau

*Day 4 - Fontainebleau to Beaune to Lyon

*Day 5 - Lyon

*Day 6 - Lyon to Annecy to Chamonix

*Day 7 - Chamonix to ???? end up in Avignon?

*Day 8 - Avignon to Marseille

*Day 9 - Marseille to Nice

*Day 10 - Nice

*Day 11 - Nice to Paris (By train)

*Day 12 - Fly home

*Is this itinerary doable, and is there anything you would change or recommend? Also looking for advice on where to break up the drive between Chamonix and Avignon. All input appreciated.

Thank you!

New kitten tree question

Hello, I take this adorable boy home in three weeks and was told he LOVES to climb. They said he is always at the top of the cat tree watching everyone.

A lot of cat trees I see today that are highly rated like the mau trees don't seem like cats can actually climb up them. Given his love of climbing should I go for an all carpet tree or has anyone had experience with trees like the mau trees and think they will work?

Also having trouble finding a good carpet covered tree that seems reliable.

Open to suggestions.

Thank you!

Emgality while pregnant question

Hello,

Have had episodic cluster headache for almost 20 years now. Literally the only thing that helps is emgality and to some extent nurtec. My headaches are every single day for three ish months, soemtiems twice a day and last exactly 1 hour.

I was pregnant earlier this year but had a miscarriage, before the miscarriage I was seeing a high risk OB because of other health issues and she said if the headaches are a 10/10 I better take emgality. She said the stress from the pain and lack of sleep was likely much worse than any affect of the meds. She also said the few mouse studies that showed issues were extremely high doses compared to what is given to humans.

My miscarriage was before my cluster cycle. I now want to try to get pregnant again but my cluster cycle starts in June or July. I can already feel the shadows. I have a feeling if I alsk the Dr they will tell me to take emgality. I know there is a chance that I don't have headaches while pregnant but I'm not sure how far in that would occur and it is a gamble.

I am terrified of my headaches and I live in fear of them but I am very nervous to take emgality while trying to convince or while pregnant. I was curious if anyone has been told anything similar or been on these meds while pregnant or even has gone through similar thoughts/ advice from Drs?

Any advice is welcome.

Thank you
