What is CN saying about the sad state of his vertical investment?

Are there really no chances of preload/creator experience server buffs? This has been discussed to death, but as all of you know, his cons are standard tier, and as a limited character that is very disappointing.

To the people who pull for C0R0 only, yes, his vertical investment is that bad. And yes, vertical investment does affect sales. It's as if they're setting him up to fail if they don't do anything about his cons (not surprising if this is the case, knowing hoyo). Every single character since Fontaine (except Mizuki) have had way more impactful cons.
