I dropped my truck off at my local ford dealership yesterday morning right when they opened for my 830am appointment to get the ProCal tune installed, which I ordered directly through ford and had shipped to the dealer. I confirmed when scheduling the appointment that they could do it.

Come 4pm yesterday, an hour before close, I get a call that the “tuner is blank” and they need to contact ford performance. Long story short, they end up needing to keep the truck overnight and as of 2pm the next day I’m still waiting for an update.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? My understanding is that the tune should take less than an hour to install. I had the appointment for weeks, got there right at 8:30am, and didn’t even hear that they were having issues or confusion until 4pm. Now it’s been dragged out multiple days and I’m getting a bit upset. No truck and no communication.

Held off for a long time because a lot of people said they sounded worse / fit poorly vs pro 2. Well I just picked them up the other day and have had the opposite experience. Much better bass depth and tone in general.
