Are room attendants allowed to have at least one earbud in while working ?

I have 4000 dollars for a gaming pc

I’m tired of ps5 and and want to get my own gaming pc but idk what’s good, I have 4K for the monitor, graphics card, and pc tower. Only problem is idk how to build a pc or anything like that I’ve been a console player my entire life. Any suggestions?

Bought this and I need help

I’ve tried everything to pair the subwoofer to the sound bar and nothing everything else pairs fine except the subwoofer, I’ve tried almost about everything and need tips or tricks to fix this issue thanks.
