Did Anyone Successfully Keep the Weight Off After GLP-1?

I’m about 2 months into using GLP-1s, and lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what happens when I eventually come off them. I recently saw a few reports saying people can regain weight pretty quickly after stopping in some cases even faster than with regular dieting and that honestly made me nervous.

The meds have helped me a lot so far, and I really don’t want to end up back where I started after putting in all this effort.

For anyone who has already stopped or is in the process of tapering off, what actually made the biggest difference for you? Did you work with a coach, reduce dosage slowly, focus more on strength training, use any apps, supplements, or specific habits during the transition?

I’m mainly trying to hear from people who managed to maintain their progress without a major rebound. Would really appreciate any real experiences or advice.

28kg down in 6 months!

I honestly never thought I’d be writing this. A year ago, I was at my heaviest -115 kg. As of this morning, I’m at 87 kg.

I still have a long way to go to reach my goal of 70 kg, and I’m definitely still a work in progress, but life feels completely different now. The constant back and joint pain is gone. I can move, stay active, and play with my family without feeling like my lungs are giving out.

The best part? My family sees the change in me, not just the weight, but the energy and presence. Still grinding, still a long road ahead, but for the first time, the goal feels possible.

Lesssgoooo!!!!
