Using Ozempic vs Relying on It
Genuine question, no judgment here.
If Ozempic vanished tomorrow, do you think your current habits would actually keep the weight off?
I see two kinds of people: some are using it as a tool while changing how they eat and live, and others are mostly eating the same, just less because their appetite is gone.
Neither is wrong, appetite control itself can be life changing. But I’m curious how much of this feels sustainable long term.
For people who’ve been on it a while or stopped: did your old habits come back, or did the healthier routines stick naturally?
