which company is better working for allied or ethos?

I currently work at Allied Universal and I make 22hr I'm thinking of swapping over to ethos risk because they're offering me 30hr. But I'm not sure the benefits compared to allied. With allied they pay you from the moment you leave to the moment you get back also report time, they also have mileage compensation, vehicle allowance, and they give you a little for your WiFi.

Ethos didn't elaborate on their benefits like allied did. Is anyone able to explain if it's worth swapping over? I've been with allied for 2 years no raise.

Illinois Power Test and hiring process

Hi can anyone guide me through the process on how to become a police officer. I'm 23F I was a PI for 2 years. I was curious on how the whole process works, do I take the power test first then I apply to the departments or do I apply first then take the power test? Also do we go to an academy where we stay overnight or do we get to go home? I heard I need to pass a power test. I'm pretty confident on everything except for the sit and reach because I can't touch my toes lmao. Im 5'5" 143 lbs. Im just looking for guidance especially on how this whole process even works.

Rest of my life?

Vent: I'm 23F I've never had eczema before in my life until 2 years ago. It was wickedly bad. However I've been on Dupixent since last October. This thing is a miracle I love it. However I'm still not used to that spring needle. I get so much anxiety taking it. Not to mention this stuff isn't your average immunization, this stuff hurts. I know it's for a few seconds but jeez do I hate it. I stopped taking it to see how long it would take for my eczema to come back. I went strong for 3 weeks now it's back. I don't want to be on this for the rest of my life, but it feels like I have to....we tried everything else.
