Hi everyone,

I'm considering joining the 5-year Integrated B.Tech (IT) + MBA program at IIITM Gwalior through JoSAA.

My main goal is to complete only the 4-year B.Tech and not continue with the MBA.

Is it actually possible to take the lateral exit after 4 years and receive a B.Tech degree? How easy or difficult is it to get approval? Are there any hidden conditions or risks that I should know about?
