A lazy Sunday playing video games with my old man, Haggis. Borders have the most soulful eyes.

Seymore has gone crazy! I repotted this year after taking him out of dormancy (1st pic) in March. I got him from one of those plastic tubes at Home Depot for $7. He loves the fact I put him on my front porch at night to catch all the bugs attracted to my porch light. $2 distilled water from the supermarket when it gets too hot, and he gets all the rain water.

He got him Dino Pj’s. This man went from never owning a pet and being afraid to dogs, to now being the most doting dog dad. Beds, toys, bed time tuck ins, water bowls in every room….now PJ’s.

I think Seymore may be a bit ambitious on this one.

This is the 3rd sampler I’ve tried to do. Made this for a buddy whose cat passed away. Used a kit, but ended up changing some stitches, colors, and adding my own ideas.

Stress of the mortgage, that big job promotion, and the price of gas really wears him out.

I just restuffed and mended his Pound Puppy.
It’s his first toy and favorite toy. His expression when I have him back….you’re welcome, Haggis. I’m going to cry from cuteness overload

My poor dogs and boyfriend have been suffering my embroidery threads and tools all over the couch as I stitch. Decided to organize!

The “stand” clips this to the back of the couch, and I got $5 hook magnets and some free magnets to hold my needles.

My 2nd attempt at hand embroidery. Been watching a lot of videos on stitches and tips. This was one of those kits, but I ended up doing my own colors and changing up stitches.

….until it goes from 90 to 46 in 2 days….. this yo-yoing (zone 8a) is super strange. I have daffodils next to budding hydrangeas and peony’s blooming near 4 inch cucumber seedlings. We will see what survives.
