Here's butt in your face!! Dino is quite persistent when he wants something.

This video is from 2017, but it's one of my favorites. Sadly, we lost Ranger (on right) in 2023. He and Dino were very close, and Dino hasn't been the same since. He misses his buddy.

Mad dogs and Englishmen

A hundred degrees plus humidity, and in a yard that's 3/4 shaded, Blitz MUST locate the sunniest spot in the yard.

We're excited to let you know that we're celebrating the Cocker Spaniel on the AKC's Facebook page, Instagram Stories, and website today! Our Breed of the Day series highlights a different breed Monday - Friday to educate our followers on AKC-recognized breeds. While this sub is always for the Cocker Spaniel fans, we're loving all of the anecdotes about this wonderful breed on our posts.

Hair/Skin Supplements?

Hi! Long time lurker, first time poster. I have a beautiful miniature eskie who is 10 years old. He's always had sensitive skin (which I know can be common for them). Now that he's older we use some allergy wipes during the spring/summer because he licks a lot at his legs. Do any of you use a hair or skin supplement for your pups? If so, what do you recommend?

PS: He's very finicky with anything fish flavored.... which most supplements are fish oil based. so bonus points if what you're giving your pet isn't a fish oil product.

Samoyeds in absolute shambles after defeat at dog park

My son Walter loves fighting.

We didn't have access to a dog park for a while and he's been pretty shy since we found one recently, but the other day he came out of his shell with this Sammy - they were chasing and wrastling for like half an hour. He was acting extra happy (and confident around other dogs on walks or whatever) for a couple days afterwards 😂. Looking forward to the rematch

My boyfriend has fully given in to Eskie Parenthood

He got him Dino Pj’s. This man went from never owning a pet and being afraid to dogs, to now being the most doting dog dad. Beds, toys, bed time tuck ins, water bowls in every room….now PJ’s.
