Unfortunately a new character that I've put way too much time into already seems to have somehow broken the entire character. Here's some info:

What's going wrong with my character:

• Cannot take any health or radiation damage
• Only takes limb damage from falling - not from combat or explosives
• Cannot get any illnesses in survival mode (though I HAVE seen the notifications)
• Chems including healing chems have no impact on my character
• Do not get any bonuses from food/drinks
• Cannot drink from pumps, fountains, or other water sources
• Player.kill / 14.kill does not kill the PC
• tgm is off and toggling does not change anything
• tim is off and toggling does not change anything
• Loading into older saves before the problem started still has the same issue but other characters function properly

What still functions with my character:

• Still impacted by Survival stats (hunger, thirst, and sleep) and eating/drinking (from pip boy inventory)/sleeping/caffeine reduces them as normal.
• Ammo still is used normally
• Still impacted by being over-encumbered

I can try to post of modlist if it will help but I've tried inactivating and unstalling mods that I had installed in the time leading up to the issue starting with no luck. I also did a reinstall of the base game and reinstalled mods via Vortex.

The issue started happening I think after I did the Memory Den quest and did the Kellog memory sequence but if it did I didn't notice until maybe 15-20 minutes later. I did retry the Kellog memory sequence all the way through to see if it might fix something but no luck.
