Should I turn in, or buyout?

Hi, first post here. I am nearing the end of my 3 year lease of a 2024 VW Cross Sport. I drive very little (I live 2 miles from work, so no major commutes). I have about 9,500 miles on it. I've never leased before, so this is new territory for me. The vehicle is in great shape, and I like it, but would prefer something a bit smaller (thinking of a Honda CR-V). I'd like to return it to the dealership, but want to be financially-wise about my decision. I'm not opposed to keeping it a bit longer.

If I turn it in, I will be forced to buy a new car at the same time, so that I'm not carless, which means I can't wait for my perfect vehicle and will have to go with what's available, not necessarily what I want. The stress is real!

According to my lease, the residual is $28,000 and Kelly Bluebook puts my car's value at about $24,000.

Please help! Thanks!

Feel guilty about my new role

So I have been a para for 5 years in special education working with high level behaviors at the elementary level. While I've enjoyed it, I was thinking I needed a change. There is an academic room (grades 2-3) that had an opening. I toyed with the idea of applying, but it was filled so I thought I had missed my opportunity.

There is another para who has been open about needing a change from behavior and wanted to get more into academics. I found out on Friday that they were opening a position in the room mentioned above and that I was being moved there starting in the fall. I am happy about that, but I feel horrible at the same time. My new role was never announced, posted as an open position so that this other para could apply and have a fair shot at getting it (or anyone else). I feel so bad that I was just given this role without having to apply/interview, while this other para is desperate for something like this. She would have been fantastic at this. I just found out Friday afternoon right before dismissal so no one knows yet. I am going to feel so guilty when this gets out, and I know other paras will be talking about how I was just given this role without having to go through the application process. If she (or anyone) were given the chance to apply and have a shot at the position and didn't get it, I'd feel sad, but instead I feel guilty because I didn't have to do anything for it.

I know this is long, and I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here. Just wanted to get how I feel off my chest before I go into work tomorrow.

Givenchy Voyou buckles

Hi, I just received a Givenchy Voyou in denim. I love the look but am having an issue that I hope someone can help with.

I am trying to buckle the two on the front of the bag (don't know why they didn't come that way) but I can't get the strap through the round ring part. It's like the rings are too small. Has anyone else had this problem and able to fix it? I really want to keep the bag, but not if I can't buckle it properly.

Thanks!

I am interested in this one, but can't find dimensions for it anywhere. I'm looking for the length from the top of the hook to the tip of the triangle. https://www.prada.com/us/en/p/saffiano-leather-and-metal-keychain/1PP128_053_F0002
