Hello I have 16 fixed LPA as an engineer

I got offer at forvis mazars for 18.5 lpa fixed senior consultant for AI application developer role.

Current job is good and have minimal work pressure with good work life balance

Should I make a switch I think i was offered a better role and shifting to a new company offers career growth

Can u guys please give me an advise

I based out to hyd and offered at hyd only
