There's a lean guy at my gym that I find really attractive, but we've never spoken. He always seems focused and I don't want to bother him while he's working out.

Have any women here actually approached a guy at the gym before? How did it go? And for the guys, how would you feel if a woman started a conversation with you at the gym?
