Why GarrettBV is (probably) true
So, one of the biggest pieces of evidence for GarrettBV is the Schmidt family photo, I've seen people dismiss it as non-canon since it is "behind the scenes" stuff. However thats not true, the photo directly appears in the first movie, showing Garrett with a VERY similar shirt to BV.

Every time a TOYSNHK debate is brought up, theres always the inclusion of the secret 7th victim in TCTHSY, but how relevant are they to the story of the game? Well, I believe they're one of the most important parts of UCN, and is most definitely TOYSNHK, TLDR at the end
Does the 7th victim even exist?
The answer should be obvious, even if they're not TOYSNHK, TCTHSY heavily implies they exist, the first cutscene starts with Toy Chica saying she already found someone before the "first victim", implying there was a "victim zero",
We even see the bag already having a hook inside, implying another classmate was already killed by her.
With both of these, we can safely say the 7th victim DOES exist.
Why are they relevant to UCN?
Something I take issue at with a lot of non-secret victim TOYSNHK theories (such as Cassidy or Charlie) is that it doesnt really address who the 7th is, and is mostly just considred another more "indirect" victim of Afton, like Elizabeth or BV.
So why is this a problem? Because the 7th victim was an addition to Afton's kill count specifically FOR UCN. In FNAF world update 2, we see 6 graves around Afton, implying 6 victims have been killed by him.
This is further supported by the novel trilogy, showing Afton only having 6 victims, the MCI kids and Charlie. This tells us that the 7th victim as a concept wasn't even thought of back in 2016, but can we track to when it was made even further?
The ending of FFPS showcases 6 graves ontop of a hill, with 4 out of the 6 kids being confirmed to be Afton's victims, this likely applies to all of them, meaning that these 6 kids are all Afton's victims.
This yet again showcases that only 6 victims were thought of, as far forward as FFPS, which is also consistent with UCN starting development in Feb 2018, originally not being thought of as part of FFPS.
Pinkypills had also confirmed on Twitter that she was given "very clear instructions" to the amount of victims in the bag, which tells us that the 7th victim is an intentional addition by Scott, likely dating to 2018.
TLDR/Conclusion
Up to 2018, the series had constantly shown there being only 6 victims killed by Afton, but UCN changed that, having an intentional addition in the form of the Foxy hook, there were now 7 victims, an addition made for UCN, the same game that introduces a secret victim Afton shouldn't have killed.
