What are the feelings around a new or improved stadium?

Bigger capacity to 65,000ish?

Would we fill it given the ticketing shenanigans at St James'?

Do we aim for gigs and NFL?

If we rely solely on our local fanbase, can we compete with Spurs, Arsenal and the Manchester clubs?

Ive not looked but what do Everton have planned for their new ground?

Or does it not really matter?

The manual for the oven says chimney off and cap on, the manual for the gas adaptor says chimney on.

I cant imagine that with the door off, it makes much of a difference?
