ISO someone who would be interested in taking over my lease in weehawken
Long shot but I’m posting in fb groups, lease break, and Craigslist as well.
I’m looking for someone to take over the lease on my studio apartment at riverparc in weehawken.
The monthly rent is $2,656 with a $170 technology fee and lease ends 7/6/2027 with an option to review. No security deposit needed but you will have to apply and be approved with the building.
I’m also willing to throw in some furniture at no cost as I need to move by this fall. The building has a gym, pool, common area and is in a really beautiful, safe area. Easy commute into Manhattan if you work in nyc! I can provide more pictures if you’re interested. 🙂
