Hello! I’m newer to Meijer and was wondering what 3rd shift stockers do for inventory nights? Is it just regular stocking?

Hello. I have been denied my unpaid time off each time and wanted to ask if there is any reason this usually happens? I give a good notice beforehand but I’m still denied. Is it different with paid time off? I work part time.
