Why are Syrians so Islamophobic?

I've noticed a recurring pattern: Engineers (often from India) joining Western companies with previous titles 1-2 levels higher than the role they're hired for. Example: Senior Software Engineer (India) -> Tech Lead (India) → Software Engineer (US).
They usually stay just a few months before leaving for a higher title elsewhere or are stuck with the same title at the company never getting promoted. And it's not like they're accepting a lower title because of better pay at western companies, they're genuinely always awful at their job. It's just a weird concept to me, it's like management know they're not at a senior level here, but hire them anyway because they're cheaper.
Anyone else seeing this?
