Hi everyone, so currently I'm at the start of Chapter 11 and I'm wondering how and when I can get the Parry Materia? It's one of my favorite Materia to use in the first Game and it would be nice if I can get to use it for my first playthrough in Rebirth as well. I thought completing all World Intel Quests in the Grasslands Region would've been enough but it seems like it's not. Any clarity and advice would be great. Thanks in advance. (Also I wasn't sure if this is considered a Spoiler is why I chose that Tag just in case but my apologies if that's incorrect Lol 😅)
