Center glutes and shoulder day - mostly obliques?

I have yet to have a solidcore class I didn't love but the sequences today were just weird. Is this something new or was it just a coach thing? No hate at all, I've just never had such a repetitive class and wanted to see if others have had a similar experience. I was excited for center glute day but we only did 2 glute exercises.

We did black side core, black side obliques, gray side core, side plank, platform lunge right, side plank, platform lunge left, black side core, black side obliques, platform lunge left again, platform lunge right again, bungee both sides, plank on the black side, kneeling shoulder raise, two other shoulder moves...and another plank to finish.

Accidental private class this morning!

I was the only one who signed up for the 4:45am class this morning (the joys of working in healthcare). My coach was incredible and said we could do whatever we wanted (like a full class or whatever else), so she did a Power30 of all of her favorites. It was absolutely brutal (no where to hide!) but so much fun and probably the best workout I've had in a long time. Just a positive appreciation post! ❤️
