Please help me fix my skin barrier. My skin used to be hydrated and my pores didn’t stand out like this. My skins was sooo smooth smooth. How do I reverse the damage I’ve caused?

This is my current routine:

Night: I wash my face with aveeno, splash water on my face, Anua azaelic acid with HA, glow recipe PHA and BHA, eucerin eczema lotion, Tamanu oil.
Morning: splash water, glycolic acid, vit c, eucerin eczema lotion, SPF PA+++, makeup

I have terrible skin texture! I’m so self-conscious and getting pretty depressed about it. I’ve tried all kinds of things and nothing seems to work. Tret, glycolic acid, PDRN, glow recipe, vitamin C, cheap moisturizer, high end moisturizers. I’m lost.
