I am graduating from GW this month and have a job lined up in DC post-grad. I recently toured the Berkshire by AU and it was fine and had what I needed (free parking, gym, safer area, comfortably within my budget). I know a lot of AU students live there, which is also fine with me, but I am concerned about the supposed cockroach situation. Does anyone have any other current insights on living there?
