I have only seen one I-140 approval. Are there people with I-140 approval, im so confused, i see opt, I-485, H1B alot but dont really see I-140. Sigh 😞
I applied for premium processing since October 2025. Responded to RFE January 23rd
First i tried to use a chat, i have tried the live agent chat twice and each time they just abruptly ended with no update. So i called and spoke to an agent and he said there is no hold or ban on my account. That my country is listed as unknown. They have escalated for some reply and there has not been any feedback.
I filed EB2 NIW case in oct 2025, got ref in nov and replied in January. Premium processing.
When i called in April they said it was awaiting adjudication, i was told they completed background check and so forth. now it seems like the whole case disappeared. Its just weird now.
