Finally, we got all new signage as our old ones were ridiculously dated. In my opinion not having pictures is a bad move and pretty disappointing. It's appreciated that they're oversized instead of what I'd normally expect but a ton of big numbers plastered all across the wall has made it kinda confusing and hard to train my new hires. Can't imagine the reason other than to save some money.

It's always funny hearing the things you lose points for and it's also good to be aware. I'm curious what's happened to y'all.

We finally got our inspection to (96 woo).

We lost a point for our sanitizer strips being expired 😔

Also lost a point for using a dough tray to hold small wares. We were aware this wasn't allowed and somehow no one caught it. I suppose just being blind to the stuff you see right in front of you haha. Can't recall what the other 2 points were for.
