Anyone have the inside scoop on if/when cheeseburger pizza will be back? 😭😭

Today is actually my day off but I opened for my GM so he could get some rest.

A man came into the store about an hour ago and when I addressed him he asked how I was doing and how everything was going. I told him "I'm fine thanks. How are you?" He responded by saying he didn't think we met yet. I then remembered my GM telling me someone very high up would be among us from time to time. I said his name and he confirmed who he was and handed me a business card with his name and title.... Operating Partner 😳.

He then informed me he had been watching the way I operated for about 45 minutes and thanked me for being a good employee. Cool 😏.

For us we did absolutely no business whatsoever and ended on order 87

Our beeper for receiving orders stopped working. I have no clue what the actual PJ item name is (or if it’s even in the PJ system), and I am trying to order a replacement. It’s been several days now with numerous full resets of makeline and all other computers, unplugging and plugging back in, etc. and the buzzer still won’t work. What’s the best route to go here?

The partial void function has been removed. Why does this company do away with everything that makes sense?

3:38pm. Open since 10am.

14 orders for the day so far here total. One plan ahead delivery at 8pm for a single pizza and wings.

Last year by 4pm it was at 38 orders.

Just curious about this.. I kept giving delivery drivers perfect ratings so that might be it, but I haven't seen it on the site for a while!

Just Curious if any of you that use to work there that no longer do ever thought about going back, Also what made you leave in the first place?

Like others I have lost faith in this company especially with the buyout looming . Just curious what other people have done since leaving and if their life has improved since leaving.

So Papa John's is gonna start doing Pepperoni Stuffed Crusts soon. Like... Pepperoni INSIDE of the crust!! I watched the training video yesterday and it pissed me off. As if we don't already have a lot of work to do. I bet it sells good the first week or so purely off interest and then it'll become another unnecessary item. They want us to watch food cost but we'll definitely have to order more string cheese than usual because we'll have to prep "Pepperoni String Cheese." Inconsiderate jerks 🤬

i don't work today but i'm worried for my coworkers sometimes

I came back to Papa Johns after a decade of being away and I’m a manager/shift runner but not the GM. I’m at a different store but the same franchise which I have worked at multiple stores over the years and we are a smaller volume store but it’s completely changed since I came back. I’ve been training with the GM and he will not let me take a break throughout the entire shift and our stores AC has not been working so just our lobby has been in the lower 80’s and there’s only 2-3 drivers, 1 instore and I’m the only manager on the entire payroll. I don’t expect much and know it’s a lot of work but trying to work 10-11 hours with essentially 0 support while trying to learn and watching us already hire 4 people and they have all quit within my first two weeks….. these are kind of just unrealistic expectations and I’ve never heard of an hourly GM so some feedback would be nice….

Does fluffing cheese multiple times a day help with inventory cost? Wouldn’t just once maybe even twice be good? I work at a low volume store having inventory issues because our product expires before we use it
