I had seborrheic dermatitis for years. It affects my scalp, eyebrows, beard area and the sides of my nose.

My main symptoms are flaking, itching, redness and sometimes increased hair shedding in those areas. I'm also using minoxidil for hair loss, so I'm trying to manage both at the same time.

Things I've tried:

• Ketoconazole 2% shampoo (Ketoconazole 2% w/v)
• 8X shampoo (Ciclopirox Olamine 1% + Zinc Pyrithione 1%)
• Zydip C lotion (Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% + Salicylic Acid 3%)
• Face wash with salicylic acid and oats light face was on alternate days

These treatments help while I'm using them, but the seborrheic dermatitis always comes back.
