I absolutely can't believe it! I was so dumbfounded 🥹 (My ratio had gone down and I was wondering where it came from lol)

Hi! I was just using my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 normally (nothing demanding I was just using YouTube) when I had a black screen and my laptop sort of restarted to this screen. I can't get out of the boot menu (even by using ESC). I tried restarting by pushing the power button but when it boots up again it's still to this menu. I tried unplugging it but it still doesn't work. It still has a 15 month warranty. 🙁 Anyone can help with this issue?
