Curing
Is there a science to burping my jars? I’ve read so many different answers and techniques, and many of them are quite different.
My plants are currently drying, but I’ll be transferring them to jars with mini hygrometers soon. From what I understand, I can take a few nugs, put them in a jar, and if the jar stabilizes around 62% RH, I’m good to start curing?
My next question is about the burping process. Do I only burp if the RH goes above 62%, or if it stays below that, should I still burp once a day for a few minutes to let out gases?
Also, does the room temperature and humidity matter at that point, or is it mainly the temperature and humidity inside the jars?
Thanks!
