This may be a long shot but we’re at our wits end. My husband and I are moving from Tennessee at the end of September. We have been looking and applying endlessly just to get denied or run into ridiculous fees, requirements and everything of the sort. These property mgmt places feel like a scam, and we’re cutting it close to find a rental, a pet friendly rental. His company is in Wilmer, but he’s willing to commute. Credit isn’t the best, but his income is well above the median for Wilmer and surrounding areas. Any advice on how to find a private landlord or a property mgmt company that isn’t asking for ridiculous requirements, would be very much appreciated 🥲
