Trade UE for Flare Yellow

Hello all,

I have the opportunity to trade my IS500 UE around 9k miles for a 2025 12k mile Flare Yellow IS500. It is a straight up trade.

Love the brake upgrade of the UE but not a huge fan of the interior. What would you guys do? I drive a ton for work and basically live in my car.

IS500 Apexi MP Stalling/CEL

Have a 2025 UE with an Apexi resonated midpipe and brola catback on for 5k miles. Car recently started to stall not turn on. Lexus dealer said the gaskets attached to midpipe and headers wasn’t installed right ( codes p0171 , p1735, p0605. The car would literally not start and if it would giving it any gas it would shut off.

I undertsand the remedy is typically using oem gaskets 90917-06070, but I don’t understand is I have seen others have this issue before but the results are never as extreme as mine. Typically it’s usually just a check engine light but the car runs OK. Is it possible that something else is going on I’ve never seen a minor gasket. Leak caused the entire car to stall.

Sleeping on back muscle pain

Hello everyone,

Curious to see if anyone has had this happen before and if any PT could chime in would be amazing. I’m a 33M mild thoracic dextroscoliosis and chronic costovertebral pain which I have had for years. Recently to try to help improve pain, I started sleeping on my back with a thin pillow underneath my neck. Since then, I’ve noticed my upper back has been unbelievably sore maybe the erector muscles or something of the sort? The extreme soreness started to happen a couple days after I started sleeping on my back for the first time and there’s been nothing else in my life that I have changed that much.

Has anybody experienced something similar when they started sleeping on their back? I know I had minor kyphosis so maybe sleeping on my back and having my mid thoracic spine in extension for such a long time is working muscles that haven’t been used that much? Other than that, I’m pretty healthy exercise regularly and am at a healthy weight. Any insight is very much appreciated. The pain feels like muscle soreness and goes away completely when I lay down.

It is not a sharp pain by any means but the level of soreness especially if I’m standing or sitting upright for a while can get pretty extreme and it only happened after I started sleeping flat on my back.

Thanks again and curious to see what your thoughts are.
