Sorry I feel like I’m spamming this sub because I can actually ask people like me about stuff! But there’s one specific symptom that I’ve been experiencing lately that is driving me crazy. In my feet I get a weird vibration/blood pumping sensation? Idk how else to explain it. And lately it’s been nonstop! It’s driving me crazy. I really can’t think of anything else it could be, my circulation seems fine? No swelling or redness? Idk just weird pumping/shaking sensation from within.
She has apologized for so much but I’m wondering if she ever addressed this video specifically? Don’t get me wrong I’m not a fan of the video but it’s weird seeing people being this to light now and like I swear it doesn’t matter how long she is unproblematic for they will always dig up something.
I’m just sick and tired of feeling weak, like does working out even help? I know I already have a decent amount of muscles but … my legs feel like jello, my arms feel like limp noodles, and my back keeps having muscles strains like I’m in the club throwing it back. Like damn I just want to work my shitty job and not feel like I’m going to pass out at any moment. Has anyone found out that strength training or exercise in general helps? Or supplements? Even just hitting protein goals?
