College refusing to give back the security deposit amount
So I recently completed my CSIT degree. We were supposed to get back a total of 10k security deposit that was paid during admission.
The college refuses to give back the amount unless we present the original bill. Unfortunately, I lost the original bill, but I have an image of the bill I took back then that shows my Student Roll No., Name, Amount paid, and the bill no. Is there anything that can be done about it? If anybody has been in the same position, please lmk what I can do.
