New carpet, new vacuum so hard to push, too much suction?
Just had new carpet installed, per the product description is Medium Pile (0.301 in to 0.550 in). Also purchased a new Shark Navigator Lift Away to care for the new carpet better since we previously used a Dyson V8.
Using the new Shark on the carpet, it is so hard to push, even with the suction bypass on the handle opened up for less suction, and it feels like it is pulling the carpet up and hard to maneuver.
Any suggestions on a fix, different vacuum, or just keep using the Dyson?
