The position was posted in late June and I applied about 10 days after the posting went live. Heard back right away from the recruiter, and have already made it through Round 1 (last week). Hiring Manager let me know who the 2nd and 3rd round interviews would be with and that they planned on getting me through those rounds this week - but the recruiter told me that the HM hasn't relayed any of this back to the recruiter yet (a week later). Is it normal for a senior level hire for it to take this long to make it through the rounds? Short of being a pest and constantly asking the recruiter for an update, what should I do?
